Abstract

This article is devoted to improving the quality of control tests in the design of aircraft in order to develop technologies for the introduction of new materials in the design, to identify the compatibility of these materials in the design, to identify the design of units with a high concentration of mechanical stresses. To study the physical and chemical processes developing under the influence of applied loads in the process of testing requires removal, transmission and synchronization of a large amount of information. At the same time, the requirements for the accuracy and repeatability of the studied parameter are increased. To a large extent, this depends on the quality of the sensitive elements of the control sensors of the control system and the degree of quality of the equipment responsible for the accuracy of the transmission of the measured parameter to the memory of the Central server. The article proposes a solution to the problem of implementation for measuring sensitive sensors made on the basis of MEMS technology, adapted for use in a wireless sensor network. The proposed modification of the wireless sensor network can also solve the problem of ensuring the tightness of the body of the aircraft during operation when detecting a source of mechanical deformation of the material in the initial stage of formation of a dangerous level of mechanical stresses.
